Megan Brooks-Anderson

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Former Chief Operating Officer of Riot Platforms, with public-company experience spanning mining operations, hardware procurement, IT and cybersecurity, SOX controls, and M&A. Over 25 years in operations, risk, and finance, with a finance degree and credentials in accountancy and risk management.

Sam Chwarzynski

FOUNDER, PRESIDENT

Founded Blockware after four-plus years as a proprietary FX trader focused on volatile markets. Graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, former Ivy League football player, and a 2013 All-Ivy selection.

Keye Walker

CHIEF OF STAFF TO THE CEO

Keye partners with the CEO to advance strategic priorities, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and strengthen organizational effectiveness. Her background spans entrepreneurship, business operations, human resources, and executive support, bringing a practical, people-focused approach to organizational growth and execution. She holds a BA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.

James Stanton

CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

Former Head of Business Development at Foundry, where he helped grow the Foundry USA Pool to $10M in annual recurring revenue. Background across Bitcoin mining, data centers, and SaaS growth.

John Haar

VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES

Former Managing Director at Swan Bitcoin and, before that, an institutional portfolio manager at Goldman Sachs for more than 12 years. B.S. in Finance from Villanova University.
